{"id":2012,"date":"2018-05-25T11:53:32","date_gmt":"2018-05-25T09:53:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.snepfsu-bordeaux.net\/wp\/?p=2012"},"modified":"2018-05-25T11:53:32","modified_gmt":"2018-05-25T09:53:32","slug":"gt-postes-dadaptation-du-mardi-6-fevrier-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.snepfsu-bordeaux.net\/wp\/gt-postes-dadaptation-du-mardi-6-fevrier-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"GT postes d\u2019adaptation du mardi 6 F\u00e9vrier 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les postes d\u2019adaptation (PACD, PALD: courte ou longue dur\u00e9e) r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 des probl\u00e9matiques diverses et sont accompagn\u00e9s d\u2019un avis m\u00e9dical. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les situations relevant de ces postes concernent:<\/span><br \/>\n\u2010<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">un besoin urgent d\u2019accompagnement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 un suivi m\u00e9dical,<\/span><br \/>\n\u2010<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">un accompagnement transitoire avant un retour sur poste,<\/span><br \/>\n\u2010<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">un changement d\u2019orientation sur d\u2019autres missions type administratif, reconversion\u2026<\/span><br \/>\n\u2010<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">un accompagnement de jeunes enseignants <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">en difficult\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> ou d\u2019enseignants en fin de carri\u00e8re en situation d\u2019\u00e9puisement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Cette ann\u00e9e, le constat est le suivant\u00a0:<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le nombre des entr\u00e9es sur des postes adapt\u00e9s est en baisse, ceci est d\u00fb \u00e0 la mise en place de dispositifs compensatoires :<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">-All\u00e8gements du temps de service<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">-Am\u00e9nagements du poste de travail et des emplois du temps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En effet, si diff\u00e9rents accompagnements peuvent \u00eatre envisag\u00e9s, l\u2019all\u00e9gement du service reste prioritaire dans la mesure du possible afin d\u2019\u00e9viter la perte de contact avec le m\u00e9tier et pour permettre un retour <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">progressif<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> lors de la sortie du dispositif d\u2019adaptation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Une demande d\u2019entr\u00e9e sur un poste adapt\u00e9 d\u2019un PEPS est en attente, mais la situation donne pour l\u2019instant la priorit\u00e9 aux soins.
